An image or a render
Send the email address on your account and the image or batch you mean. Renders that fail are refunded automatically, so there is no need to write about those.
Billing and plans
Cancel or switch plans yourself from the billing page in the app. For anything else, tell us the account email and the charge. Prices and plans are on the pricing page.
Closing your account
Write from the email address on the account. If we close it for any reason other than a breach of the terms, we refund the credits you have not spent.
Your data and privacy
Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion. The Privacy Policy lists your rights and how we handle each request.
Content that infringes your rights
Say what it is, why it infringes, and how to reach you. We will look at it and, where it is right to, remove it.

How do I get help with an image or a render?
Email [email protected] with the address on your account and the image or batch you mean. You are only charged for images that come back: if a render fails, its credits return to your balance automatically. An image that was delivered is charged, but if something in it looks wrong, write to us and we will look at it.
How do I cancel my plan or close my account?
Cancel or switch plans at any time from the billing page in the app; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the credits you have already been granted. To close your account, write to [email protected] from the email address on it.
How do I ask for my data, or have it deleted?
Write to [email protected]. You can ask for a copy of your data, or have it corrected or deleted. The Privacy Policy sets out every right you have and how each request is handled.
How do I report content that infringes my rights?
Write to [email protected] with what it is, why it infringes, and how to reach you. We will look at it and, where it is right to, remove it. The terms of service cover this in section 13.
